The institute develops decision-making talents for information technology and management, designs courses that emphasize both theory and practice, and encourages absorption of knowledge apart from information and decision sciences, so as to equip students with the capability of cross-field integration.

Minimum graduation credits: 44 credits (excluding 6 credits for master's thesis), of which 20 credits are compulsory and at least 24 elective credits are required.
