加強學生於人力資源管理理論與實務之認識，同時更進一步討論企業經營時，人力資源與資訊運用決策之各種考量層面，以期學生能一窺人力資源與決策之全貌。

平時成績 30 ﹪;期中考試 30 ﹪; 期末考試 40 %
學習者針對每堂上課進度，應事先預習，課程中專心聽講以及
課後複習，對於有問題處可提出討論，討論應踴躍發言。 
1.上課請準時並嚴禁上課中進食。
2.請保持上課環境之整潔體恤學校清潔人員辛勞。
3.不接事後請假。
